Warwick is one of Alan’s favourite tracks and he’ll be heading to the Midlands tomorrow, where we have three runners, Mystery Code, Willoughby Hedge and Mia’s Storm.

Assessing their chances, Alan said:”Mystery Code runs in the Juvenile Hurdle. She is back in top form at home after a break which has done her good as she is a big filly.

“She has strengthened up in the interim, but she has good solid form so hopefully she will give a good account of herself.

“Mia’s Storm makes her jumping debut in the EBF Mares Novices’ Hurdle. She has smart bumper form, but she is already a point-to-point winner so she has jumping experience.

“Sandwiched in between that pair, we run Willoughby Hedge in the staying handicap chase. He was travelling very well when he tipped up at the cross fence at Newbury and he has schooled well since. He is a big, strong horse with plenty of scope, and we have always looked upon him as a chaser.”
